The March luncheon will be on Friday, March 19, 2010 at noon at Albanese’s.  This month Lee Turner, Assistant Field Manager at Johnson Bank, will give the program regarding the mortgage crisis.  He will cover how the mortgage crisis happened, where we are now, how are we coping and where are we going from here, complications in the secondary market, and how the program is or is not working out; short sales problems and the mortgage loan modification program.  He will probably bring with him an associate with Century 21.

We will not meet in April.

Anne Blood will be the speaker in May.  This meeting will not be on the usual Friday. The meeting will be on Thursday, May 20, 2010, at the Annual Waukesha County Bar Association Meeting.   The luncheon that day will be free of charge, and a meeting room will be provided for a meeting after lunch for the presentation. Another email will be sent the first of May. 

Anne Blood is the Program Director for Real Estate at MATC in Madison.  She spoke to the group in January regarding the new real estate forms that will be used as of March 1st.  Her return in May was planned for any questions that may arise after using the new forms.
