Legislative :  Ronald Sonderhouse & Sally Lunde, co-chairs
The Legislative committee reports on past, pending and proposed legislation, both state and national.  Resources for information include State Probate Section newsletters, the State Bar website under “new legislation” and the seminar updates.

CLE Credits: Dave Carlson
The committee informs the section membership about CLE credit approval regarding previous section meeting topics.

Case Law Committee:  Ramon Klitzke and Charles Davies
The Case Law committee provides updates on newly decided and occasionally pending cases, mostly state, but occasionally federal or administrative decisions.  The focus is on matters that affect a number of practices and heavily fact-dependent cases are ignored unless there is some underlying general issue of relevance.

Tax Committee:  Patricia Fleetwood
The tax committee provides reports on any tax law changes, either at the state or federal level.  This includes any recent IRS determinations or decided cases.
