A Word From
Your President
Dear Members:
In my
last letter I queried the Bar on items of importance or proposed
initiatives
for the Bar Association this year.
Outside of a request that we formally object to the Packers
handling of
the Brett Favre situation, there has been little response.
As a
pessimist, before my coffee, I will take this as an indication that the
Bar is
somewhat lethargic and inactive. As an
optimist, after my coffee, I will assume that this simply means the
membership
approves of everything we have been doing for the last couple of years. I would again invite your input and opinion
on things the Bar could or should be doing.
Best
wishes this fall.
Very
truly yours,
Dan
Habeck
President
WCBA Board

year. When the membership dues are received for the July 1, 2008

the money market account. By unanimous vote the funds were
